Famille rose enamels on translucent glass; with a flat lip and flat foot; painted with a continuous scene of various flying insects, including butterflies and a dragonfly, grasshopper, cricket, and katydid, above a rocky ground with small plants, the shoulders with a band of formalized lingzhi beneath a neck band of double-unit leiwen (‘thunder pattern’); the foot inscribed in regular script Guyue xuan 古月軒 (‘Ancient Moon Pavilion’)
